Santa Claus will officially arrive at Magnolia Mall on Saturday at 11 a.m. during a family event featuring Santa’s elves Wally & Victor - Those Funny Little People. Additional show times for Those Funny Little People will be at 1, 2:30, 4 and 5:30 p.m.

Santa will be available to listen to holiday wishes through Dec. 24. A variety of high-quality digital photo packages are available and start at $17.

“Santa’s arrival is such a fun and festive time at the mall,” Mackenzie Webb, marketing director for Magnolia Mall, said in a press release. “We have a lot of exciting events planned for the holiday season and we look forward to seeing our shoppers out at the mall partaking in all that we have planned.”

To make shopping easier this holiday season, Magnolia Mall’s Web site, www.ShopMagnoliaMall.com, will feature holiday information including interactive, festive tools such as a holiday checklist, letters to Santa, and a free e-card as well as extended mall holiday hours, Santa photos, gift card information, and mall retailer promotions. Holiday trends and tips will also be featured, giving shoppers great gift ideas, holiday recipes, and suggestions for party planning, and a “Countdown to Christmas” clock will tick away minute by minute, showing shoppers how much time is remaining to buy those last-minute holiday gifts.

Additionally, Magnolia Mall’s Facebook Fan Page, www.Facebook.com/MagnoliaMall will provide shoppers with instant information on retailers’ discounts, special offers, and upcoming events throughout the season.

Magnolia Mall, owned and operated by Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT), features more than 70 specialty retailers and restaurants. Anchored by JCPenney, Belk, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Sears and Best Buy, Magnolia Mall also features Barnes & Noble Bookstore, American Eagle, New York & Co., Ruby Tuesday and Victoria’s Secret.
