The Running Clinic is for runners and tri-athletes of all abilities who want to get the most from their training, stay injury free, and learn more about the great sport of running.

The clinic is designed to be very interactive with a drop-in format.

Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in 3D video gait analysis (Dartfish), Kineseotaping, injury screenings and injury prevention, cholesterol screenings ($10), blood pressure screenings, nutrition information, and tactics to personalize training.

For more information on the McLeod Sports Medicine Running Clinic, call (843) 777-8167.

McLeod Sports Medicine is one of the few facilities in the country using Dartfish motion analysis software. The same software used by the U.S. Olympic Committee and other high-performance training centers.
