West Florence soccer player Alexa Gainey was selected to play in the Clash of the Carolinas girls soccer match, which pits the top senior players in North Carolina against the top players in South Carolina.
Gainey, an outside midfielder, just wrapped her senior at West and will play soccer next year at South Carolina.
Myrtle Beach's Hart Zwing and Carolina Forest's Chris Glodack were selected to play in the boys game.
The games will be played July 9 at Blackbaud Stadium on Daniel Island.
