HARTSVILLE - The Hartsville YMCA swim team, the Hammerheads, holds its final home meet of the fall-winter swim season Saturday. The season started in September. The final regular season meet is in Sumter Feb. 7 and the state meet in Rock Hill Feb.21-22.
The spring-summer season starts in April and runs through the end of July. The Hartsville YMCA welcomes any children ages 5 to 18.
Team members include Chloe Arthur, Chris Beasley, Nancy Jane Beasley, Cassidy Brown, Emily Childers, Keisler Cottingham, Austin Davis, Eve Driggers, Grace Driggers, Scott Driggers, West Driggers, Ben DuPree, Sam DuPree, Meredith Hammer, Michael Hammer, Inicia Harris, Hayley Hassler, Madison Hassler, Eric Kawa, Sophia LeFew, Benjamin McIntosh, Rachael McIntosh, Harrison Moore, Madsion Moore, Rebecca Moore, Ann Marie Morrell, Elizabeth Nycum, Sydney Outlaw, Lillian Pendergrass, Gracie Perkins, Camryn Quick, Andrew Rogers, David Ropp, Elizabeth Ropp, Johnny Ropp, Will Schumacher, Raleigh Smith, Hannah Thompson, Zach Thompson, Bailey Tripp, Spencer Tripp, Elena Urbaniak and Matthew Urbaniak.
The team is coached by Andy Cottingham with Carol Ann Beasley and Lori Urbaniak serving as assistants.
