It’s time to get ready for baseball season in Hartsville.
The Hartsville National Dixie Youth Baseball registration will be held from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Jan. 15 and Jan. 22 and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Jan. 16 and Jan. 23 at Coach T.B. Thomas Sports Center at Byerly Park.
Children ages 5 to 12 are eligible to play.
For registration, a parent or guardian needs to bring the child to be fitted for uniform, bring a copy or the child’s birth certificate, bring the $50 fee and sign the release for a child to play even if the child played last year. Fees are due at the time of registration.
After 50 years of playing on the diamonds between Carolina Elementary and Hartsville High, the Hartsville National League will play at the Byerly Park Complex this year.
