JOHNSONVILLE — Tracy Bishop was 3-for-4 with three RBI and went the distance in a back-and-forth game dominated by the offenses as Johnsonville advanced to the Class A lower state title game by beating Bamberg-Ehrhardt 9-8 on Monday.
Bishop persevered on the mound, allowing 12 hits while striking out eight.
Bamberg-Ehrhardt’s Zack Godley also went the distance, givng up 11 hits, striking out six, walking three and hitting two batters.
