MARION — Reggie Weatherford and Shane Miles each had two hits and two stolen bases to lead Lake City to a 4-2 baseball win over Marion in the Panthers’ season opener on Thursday.
Shon Carson earned the win for Lake City, allowing two earned runs on five hits in five innings. He fanned four batters and walked two.
