Post 1 trio leads rout against Conway

FLORENCE — Cody Ritch, Spencer Jordan and Michael Wilson combined to drive in 10 runs as Post 1 remained unbeaten in League II play with a 14-2 win over Conway in seven innings Wednesday.

Ritch belted his sixth homer of the year in the third as Florence took a 6-0 lead after three innings. Jordan added a three-run shot in the fourth, his third of the season.

Ritch, Wilson and Chandler Smetana each had three of Post 1’s 13 hits.

Charlie Abbott picked up his third win after allowing two runs on three hits in six innings.
