Brown pitches Post 1 past Georgetown

PAWLEY’S ISLAND — Robbie Brown picked up his second win on the mound as Florence earned a 6-4 win over Georgetown on Tuesday as Post 1 remained unbeaten in League II play.

Brown allowed two earned runs on four hits in six innings. Spencer Matthews picked up the save after tossing three shutout innings in relief.

Spencer Jordan and Chandler Smetana each homered for Post 1.
