LEXINGTON, Ky. — Lexington pitcher Jordan Lyles struck out a season-high 11 in six innings but got a no-decision in the Legends’ 2-1 victory over Greenville in South Atlantic League action Friday.

Lyles, a former Hartsville standout, faced 21 batters, allowed three hits and one run, a solo homer by Greenville’s Will Middlebrooks in the fifth inning.

The 18-year-old lowered his ERA to 3.13 on the season. Lyles (2-5) has 71 strikeouts in 60 1/3 innings.
