Prep roundup: Carolina Academy tennis shuts out Robert E. Lee

LAKE CITY — The Carolina Academy swept all nine matches against Robert E. Lee on Monday to earn the 9-0 win.

Rebecca Weaver won her singles match 6-1, 6-0, then combined with Taylor Osborne for an 8-0 doubles win.

LATE SWIMMING
South, West, Wilson compete in Conway
CONWAY— South Florence, West Florence and Wilson began their swim seasons at the Carolina Forest High School Fall Invitational meet on Saturday at Coastal Carolina.

South’s boys finished 10th overall and the girls finished eighth out of 12 teams. West’s boys placed fourth and the girls seventh and Wilson’s boys placed 11th and the girls 12th.
