CONWAY - Coastal Carolina University's football program and the Chanticleer Athletic Foundation is hosting "Ladies Night Out,” a football clinic for women on Wednesday, Aug. 19 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. to explain the basics of the game.
According to a news release form the university, tickets are $20, and reservations are required by Tuesday, Aug.18; space is limited.
The session, sponsored by HerDashery ladies apparel in Conway, will be held in the Kline Hospitality Suite at Brooks Stadium.
Head Coach David Bennett, the Chanticleer coaching staff and some of the players will explain the rules and finer points of America's favorite pastime, and this year a “surprise element” will be incorporated into the session.
Refreshments and light fare will be served.
