FLORENCE — The team of Patrick Smith and John Welker repeated as champions in the 24th annual Grant Bennett Sertoma Classic on Sunday at the Country Club of South Carolina.
Smith and Welker, who led by one stroke entering Sunday, shot a 68 and finished with a 133, three shots ahead of Tripp McAllister and Jared DeCamps.
Francis Marion golf coach Mark Gaynor and Johnny Matthes won the Open Division B championship by two shots over Jeff Miles and Brian Spencer.
Dennis Helms and Charlie Moore won the senior division championship with a score of 133, four shots better than Joe Hendricks and Bill Thaxton.
