COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — Chase Leavitt batted in two runs in the fifth inning Sunday to help Arkansas overcome a four-run deficit and beat South Carolina 7-4.

The victory in the rubber game of the series gives Arkansas (22-6, 10-2 Southeastern Conference) its fourth consecutive SEC series win as the team is off to its best start ever.

The series victory was also the sixth consecutive for the Razorbacks over South Carolina (20-10, 5-7).

Mike Bolsinger (3-0) took the victory for six innings of shutout relief, giving up only one hit, walking one and striking out three. The Gamecocks' Alex Farotto was tagged with the loss for giving up three runs in four innings of relief.

Next up for Arkansas is a two-game non-conference series at Baum Stadium against Arizona State on Tuesday and Wednesday.
