LAKE VIEW — Lake View shut down Loris to earn a three-game sweep by scores of 25-12, 25-12 and 25-15 in volleyball action Monday.
Allie Elvington and Kristin Mendenhall each had seven kills for Lake View. Natalie McKenzie had seven service points and Sam Strickland added 11 assists and Morgan Wethington had 11.

NEXT MATCH: Lake View will travel to Marion at 6 p.m.

AYNOR — Latta evened its record with a sweep of Aynor by scores of 25-16, 25-21 and 25-20.
Kate Allen had 18 assists and Ieshia Ford had 15 kills to lead Latta.

COLUMBIA — St. Joseph’s Catholic School of Greenville won both the boys and girls cross country meet held at Ben Lippen.
The King’s Academy boys finished seventh, led by a team best time of 24:26 from Seth Billingsley.
