SUMTER — After dropping the first two singles matches, Carolina Academy stormed back to win five straight decisions in a 5-2 win over Colleton Prep in the SCISA state title match Saturday at the Palmetto Tennis Center.
Rebecca Weaver and Taylor Osborne each won their singles matches and then combined on the doubles win that gave the Bobcats the title.
Carolina defeated Holly Hill 5-2 earlier in the semifinals.

Pee Dee Academy 2, Spartanburg Christian 0
Pee Dee swept both games against Spartanburg Christian by scores of 25-22 and 25-18 to advance to the SCISA state championship against Holly Hill on Tuesday in Sumter.
Rachel Hester had nine aces and 20 kills for Pee Dee. Katelyn Brown had six blocks and Jeffre Rogers had 13 kills and 40 digs.
