JOHNSONVILLE — Johnsonville is one win away from the Class A state volleyball championship.
The Flashes swept three games from Academic Magnet by scores of 25-22, 25-9 and 25-21 to win the lower state title.
“They’re super excited,” Johnsonville coach Tracie LeBherz said. “They’re pumped up and ready to go.”
Lindsey Powell recorded nine aces to lead the Flashes. Latima Hanna had 13 assists.
