Former FMU standout Lee Tabor, a pitcher in the Cincinnati Reds organization, has been promoted from Sarasota to Double-A Chattanoga.
Tabor returns to Chattanooga, where he made four relief appearances earlier this season. In his first stint with Chattanooga, the reliever threw 4 1/3 shutout innings, amassing five strikeouts, while yielding just one hit and three walks.
With Sarasota this season, he appeared in 14 games, going 0-1 with a 2.45 ERA.
