LEXINGTON — Thomas Bradshaw kept the heat on with a second-round 70 on Wednesday to lead by three over Sumter’s Hayden Letien at the SCGA Junior Championship at the Country Club of Lexington.
Bradshaw’s 136 total leaves him at 8-under par for the championship. Letien fired the round of the day with a 66, including a double bogey on his last hole.
Crawford Reeves and West Florence’s Stephen Behr are four back at 140 heading into the final round. The field was cut to the low 36 and ties.
Miller Capps also had a hot day on the course. A hole-in-one on the 209-yard, par-3 17th aided in his 3-under 69 for the day.
Fout other Pee Dee players missed the cut, including Andrew Florio, Will Pettigrew and Brooks Dubose, all of Florence, as well as Hartsville’s Garrett Spivey.
