Post 1 of Florence pulled even with Post 111 of Conway on Tuesday night, winning 12-7 in Conway.
The game started close, as Jeremy Knab tied the game at 1 in the second with a solo home run for Post 111. But paced by the hitting of John Taylor, Austin Marrell and Tyler Boyd, Post 1 built up a big lead over Conway. Starter Andrew Turner struggled at times, but held Post 111 off enough to get the victory.
Post 111 had won game one of the series 9-8 Monday in Florence.
Game 3 was supposed to be in Florence, but instead the teams will play in Conway at 7pm. Game 4 will be in Florence, as will Game 5 (if needed).
