CLEMSON, S.C. (AP) _ Clemson has added trainers for its men's basketball and baseball teams.

The moves were announced Monday by Danny Poole, the school's director of sports medicine.

Jermile Brooks takes over as athletic trainer for the men's basketball team, while Travis Johnston will work with the baseball program.

Brooks spent the past three years as an assistant athletic trainer at the College of Charleston. Brooks worked as a graduate assistant trainer with Clemson's football and baseball teams from 2001-03.

Johnston is a Clemson graduate who worked as a student assistant for the training staff from 1999-2002. He became a graudate assistant at Auburn, then was hired by that school as an assistant athletic trainer.
