The Coastal Carolina University women’s soccer team opens the 2008 schedule with two games against teams that competed in the 2007 NCAA Tournament.
The Chanticleers open the campaign Friday at UNC Greensboro. Game time is at 7 p.m. at the UNCG Soccer Stadium.
Then on Sunday, Coastal Carolina plays at Duke. That game time is at 5 p.m.
Coastal is coming off a 15-5-2 record and a Big South regular-season championship in 2007 and return nine starters and 17 letterwinners for this season.
