Head Coach Fred Senter leads an improved Lady Aucs team that has persevered despite years of talented veteran players moving on.
Last year’s squad finished at the .500 mark, returning a number of valuable contributors. Ashley Goldbold, the team’s leading rebounder (12 RPG) is like clockwork on the boards. The addition of senior Justina Williams will be a major factor. Williams has the athletic ability and height to be an intimidating defender, and should know a thing or two about scoring. Brittany Applewhite and Danielle Edwards should do a great job on the offensive end. Senior Brittany McFarland has plenty of game experience. Arica Nelson helps out the front line and was impressive last season with her inside scoring.
