Phillip Morris will be a Tennessee Titan after all.
The Titans signed the former Timmonsville and S.C. State standout to their practice squad just two days after they cut him.
Morris, who signed as a free agent in April, played in two preseason games and had one catch for five yards.
Members of the practice squad players practice alongside regular roster players during the week but aren’t active on gamedays. Players, however, can be activating at any time during the season.
