RedWolves drub Steamers, 11-4

FLORENCE — The Florence RedWolves got home runs from Sam DiMatteo, Herman Petzold, Steven Neff, Brad Raj and Myckie Lugbauer en route to an 11-4 win over the Edenton Steamers on Tuesday night.

DiMatteo finished 4-for-4 with three RBI.

Patrick Dolan (1-0) tossed four innings of solid relief for the win. He scattered four hits, gave up two runs (one earned), walked none and struck out three.

Kyle Deese worked four scoreless innings for the save. He gave up a hit, walked one and fanned three.

The RedWolves host Columbia today at 7:30 p.m.
