Carvers Bay Girls Split Two with Green Sea-Floyds

HEMINGWAY - Carvers Bay lost a tight one to Green Sea - Floyds 2 -0 in eight innings on March 20th.  Caroline Avant struck out 12, walked one and gave up four hits.  Whitney Baxley had two hits.  The Lady Bears got their revenge four days later defeating Green Sea - Floyds 11 - 0 in five innings.  Avant gave up only one hit and struck out nine.  Whitney Baxley went 3/4 at the plate with two RBI’s.  Carsen Cagle was 2/2 with two RBI’s and Ariel Graham had two hits.
