Post 1 bats stay hot in win over Georgetown

GEORGETOWN — Charlie Abbott hit a three-run homer in the second inning Friday as Post 1 continued its roll against League II foes with a 14-2 win in seven innings over Georgetown.

Robbie Brown picked up his third win of the season after tossing four innings of scoreless ball. Brown allowed just two hits and struck out three.

Chandler Smetana and Michael Wilson each had two hits for Florence. Keaton Lutcken was 3-for-5.
