Former Gamecocks signed onto practice squads

Two days after going on the unemployment line, two former Gamecocks have NFL jobs. 

Offensive lineman Jamon Meredith and safety Emmanuel cook were cut on Saturday but they both have been signed by their respective teams on their practice squads.

Meredith was a fifth round pick by the packers, and Cook was an undrafted free agent who was signed by the New York jets.
