COKER ROUNDUP: Host Cobras win golf tournament

HARTSVILLE — Coker senior Chris Marsh fired a 5-under 66 to capture the medalist honors at the Coker Intercollegiate Golf Tournament on Tuesday.
Marsh’s two-round total of 136 led the Cobras to a first-place finish with a two-round total of 574.
Following Marsh was fellow Cobra John LaDow in second shooting an even-par 142 in the tournament.

Falcons edge Cobra men
HARTSVILLE — A single goal by Alex Landim was all the offense the Pfeiffer Falcons needed in their 1-0 win over Coker Cobras in Conference Carolinas men’s soccer.
The regionally-ranked Cobras fall to 9-3-2 overall, and 3-3-1 in the conference.

Coker women fall to Pfeiffer
HARTSVILLE —  The Pfeiffer University Falcons held the Coker Cobras scoreless in Conference Carolinas women’s soccer action, winning 6-0.
The loss drops the Lady Cobras to 0-13 on the year and 0-7 in conference play.
