ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) _ Kyle Parker went 2-for-4 with three RBIs, including a two-run homer in the first inning to lead Clemson to an 8-5 win against Central Florida.

The Tigers (30-25-1) got a solo homer from Matt Sanders to spark a three-run eighth inning to put them ahead for good Saturday night. Wilson Boyd also had a solo shot in the fourth.

Shane Brown led UCF (31-25), going 3-for-5 with two solo home runs.

Justin Sarratt (1-2) gave up just one hit in 1 1/3 innings to pick up the win. Matt Vaughn struck out two in the last inning to pick up his 11th save of the season.

Brian Griggs (1-3) gave up three runs and four hits in 3 1/3 innings to take the loss.
