If Michael Hamlin doesn't declare himself eligible for the NFL draft, Clemson will have its entire secondary returning for 2008. They just added another big piece. Safety Spencer Adams has committed to Clemson while in Orlando for the Under Armour All-America game.
The 6-foot-2 and 180 pounder from Butler High in North Carolina, plans to play football and run track at Clemson. Scout.com rates Adams as the No. 7 player overall in North Carolina. His other finalist was North Carolina. The Under Armour game is scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday.
