Timmonsville family pleads for information on missing man

The family of a missing Timmonsville man said they’re becoming increasingly concerned about his welfare. Thirty-three-year-old Recarlo Demaine Dukes was last seen May 26 when he left work at Ruby Tuesday at U.S. 52 and Interstate 95 in Florence.

Honda resumes production at Timmonsville plant

Honda of South Carolina Manufacturing Inc. cranked up production Monday — 30 days ahead of schedule, Jeff Helton, Honda’s assistant vice president for production, said. Honda stopped production March 1 with no layoffs because of the country’s weak economy. All-terrain vehicles and personal watercraft are made at the plant.
