School bombing suspect pleads not guilty to federal charges
The Mount Croghan teen accused of plotting a suicide bombing at Chesterfield High School two months ago has pleaded not guilty to the three federal charges against him.
Schallenberger back in court Tuesday
The South Carolina teen accused of plotting to blow up his high school is expected in federal court for arraignment on explosives charges. The hearing is set Tuesday morning at 10 a.m. in Florence.

The teen accused of plotting to bomb his school remains in state custody.
A judge has yet to rule if a psychiatric evaluation should be reconsidered for 18 year-old Ryan Schallenberger.
Prosecutors also dropped the most severe federal charge Schallenberger faces, which was attempting to use a weapon of mass destruction.
He still has more federal and state charges against him.
But, one state official said he was asked to drop his charges altogether.

Seniors to graduate without student accused in bomb plot
Students at Chesterfield High School rehearsed Friday for graduation, but one of their seniors wasn’t there and won’t be walking with them. Eighteen-year-old Ryan Schallenberger remains in custody at the Chesterfield County Detention Center.
