Florence brothers sentenced on drug charges

Two Florence brothers have been sentenced for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine and marijuana. U.S. District Judge R. Bryan Harwell sentenced 28-year-old Kendrick Lavor Dials and 26-year-old Travis Sintell Dials were sentenced to 81 months and 78 months in prison, respectively. Kendrick Dials also was sentenced for possession of a firearm during a drug trafficking crime.

Timmonsville men sentenced in armed robberies

Two Timmonsville men have been sentenced for their role in a series of armed robberies in the Pee Dee, U.S. Attorney W. Walter Wilkins said in a press release.
U.S. District Judge R. Bryan Harwell sentenced 21-year-old Richard Eugene Powell and 38-year-old Tracey Scott Rich to 25 years and 15 years, respectively, for armed robbery and using a firearm in the commission of the robbery.
