Lowder knocks off Martino to win seat on Myrtle Beach City Council
Challenger Mike Lowder defeated incumbent Chuck Martino Tuesday to win one of two seats on the Myrtle Beach City Council. Both men finished behind Randal Wallace, who was re-elected in the run-off to his third term on council.
