Rates, fees increase needed to meet Mullins’ 2008-09 budget

The City of Mullins will have a public hearing on June 5, before adopting an increase on business license fees. The public hearing will also cover an increase in water, sewer and sanitation rates, along with an increase in police fines before the June 12 regular meeting.
