Marlboro County residents have passed a $18 million bond referendum to build a new elementary school to replace the aging Blenheim Elementary/Middle School.

The Francis Marion University Department of Political Science and Geography will present “Beyond November 4: Challenges and Opportunities Facing the Next President” at 4 p.m. Thursday in Lowrimore Auditorium on the FMU campus.
