Representatives from FPI MB Entertainment, LLC released the following statements today in answer to the claims raised in the complaint by Roundbox Advisors, LLC filed on August 17 in Horry County.

The advertising firm Brandon Agency Inc and owners of Freestyle Music Park came to an agreement Tuesday to settle unpaid claims that the agency says the park failed to meet for marketing services performed and media placements.

Dennis Murphy recently sent a letter to Freestyle Music Park, taking exception to a television commercial that shows a man and his family—and the man’s toupee—blown away by The Time Machine roller coaster at the park.

Freestyle Park reps say they plan to build relationships with other businesses in the area to help bring in customers.

The new name for the former Hard Rock Park was unveiled Thursday. FPI MB Entertainment LLC (FPI MBE) named the park “Freestyle Music Park”.
