Horry County taxpayers foot bill for Gilland Dubai trip
Horry County Council Chairwoman Liz Gilland will leave the country for a trip to Dubai on March 20 to seek out economic development and trade with the Middle Eastern country. The county paid $2,131 so far to fund the trip.
