This easy escape thing will continue as long as bleeding heart activist courts demand that prisoners be brought in clothed in innocence [with out chains or other restraints]. Persons charged with serious crimes should be shackled at all times when out of holding areas. The baddest man on the planet cannot get away in leg irons and cuffed to chain belt.
