Horry County ballot review

Horry County election officials said dozens of people are already casting their absentee ballots for the November 4th election.

In addition to national and local political offices, Horry County voters will also be voting on four questions on the ballot.  Amendment No. 1 is a question about the age of consent for sexual intercourse, Amendment No. 2 is a question about state employee benefits, Amendment No. 3 is a question about local employee benefits, and the fourth question is about an Education Capital Improvements Sales Tax.
