LETTER TO THE EDITOR: Thanks from Hemingway fire victims

God Is So Good

He saved our family from a terrible fire.  The love and kindness He has sent us is unimaginable.  There have been so many things He’s provided for us.  We needed furniture, clothes, food, money and a place to stay; and he provided it all.  He has provided to us friends that are more precious than silver or gold.

We want to say “thank you” to all who contributed in our time of need.  The outpouring of love from so many people has been astounding.  A very special thanks goes to the Investigators, Bert Powell and Brandon Lee.  It was not by luck or chance they came by at the moment they did, God sent them.  We were also touched by the kindness and concern of Fireman Lance Stone and Chief Brian Todd, during the outing of the fire.  Others came to us from near and far to help and give their support.  Friends: what would people do without them?  But, most of all we thank everyone for their prayers.
We have lost a house and material possessions, but not our home, our lives and loved ones.  God is still Lord of all.  And we know He will see us through.  Please continue to keep us in your prayers.  And know that words can never express how thankful we are for what everyone has done for us.  May God bless you.
