LETTER: Voter concerned about council election outcome
I am writing this letter because I am very disappointed with the recent elections. I live in City Council District 1 and had not voted in the last two council elections because there was no one running against our current council member.

LETTER: Darlington County has problem with stray animals
Darlington County, my adopted home, has a problem with unwanted and stray domestic animals – specifically dogs and cats. We see them running alongside and across roadways and inside mall parking areas. In the countryside, they are sometimes seen running in small packs.
