Woman accused of stabbing man, stealing his truck

A Darlington woman was arrested Sunday after police said she stabbed a man and stole his truck, Darlington Police Capt. Danny Watson said.

Brenda “Blossom” Patterson, 31, 107 Samuel Drive, is charged with assault and battery with intent to kill, grand larceny and failure to stop for a blue light, Watson said.

The suspect stabbed the man Sunday, stole his truck and refused to stop when police began pursuing her, he said.  The victim is expected to survive his injuries.

Patterson remains incarcerated on a $20,369 cash or surety bond.
