Truck carrying hay catches fire near Hartsville

Hartsville firefighters are on the scene of a truck fire on S.C. 151 near Hartsville.

A truck carrying a load of hay near Segars Mill and Kellytown roads caught fire at 2:50 p.m., S.C. Highway Patrol Lance Cpl. Sonny Collins said. The burning truck is in the road and is causing traffic problems.

No injuries were reported, Hartsville Fire Chief Bill Heathman said.

Troopers and firefighters are still working to find a cause for the fire.
