Organization to offer mortgage/foreclosure clinic

The Community Development Corp. of Marlboro County is offering a mortgage/foreclosure clinic from 5 to 7 p.m. June 22 at the office, 106 E. Market St., Bennettsville.

Those who want to participate are asked to bring a recent mortgage statement, household budget, statements from utility companies, a hardship letter, his or her last two bank statements and most recent tax return.
