Success Skills classes will be offered from 6 to 9 p.m. March 30-April 2 in room 212 on Northeastern Technical College’s Cheraw campus.

The course is open to single parents, homemakers and those interested in nontraditional careers. Single parents must be unmarried, or legally separated from a spouse, and have custody or joint custody of a minor child. Homemakers must be adults who work, without payment, to care for the home and family.

Participants will receive counseling and information about potential career pathways and relevant training.

Once the course is completed, participants will be encouraged to enter a second phase of the program, which includes enrolling as a student in one of Northeastern Tech’s business, technology or health and public service academic pathways.

Each participant will receive help in locating tuition assistance. For more information, contact Teresa Rivers at (843) 921-6937 or Sarah Margaret Therrell at (843) 921-6938.
