Job forum to be heldat Florence-Darlington Technical College

The South Carolina Employment Security Commission, in cooperation with Rep. Robert Williams and other area legislators, will hold a job fair Saturday, to help Pee Dee area workers find work.
Representatives from the Florence Workforce Center and several other Pee Dee area South Carolina Employment Security Commission offices will hold a job forum from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Building 300 on the Florence-Darlington Technical College campus, located at 2715 W. Lucas St., off Florence-Darlington Highway.
S.C. Employment Security Commission employees will meet individually with anyone seeking work, and assess thier needs. The forum is intended to connect job seekers with local employers that are hiring and to give them a chance to receive free advice on their careers or further education. The job forum will have information about jobs available through the SC Employment Security Commission’s Job Link internet job site. Job seekers will be able to conduct online or manual job searches on site.
