Foreclosure clinics to be offered in Bennettsville

The Community Development Corp. of Marlboro County is offering two foreclosure clinics this month.

They will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday and Nov. 30 at the CDC of Marlboro County Conference Room, 106 E. Market St., Bennettsville.

Participants are asked to bring these items to the clinics: a recent mortgage statement; a budget; statement from utility companies (phone, water, electricity, cell phone, etc.); hardship letter; most recent tax return; last two bank statements; and last two pay stubs.
