Florence business to participate in fundraiser

Soles4Souls, an international charity dedicated to providing free footwear to those in need, announced it will partner with Shoe Carnival to launch a fundraising opportunity and national shoe trade-in program at all Shoe Carnival store locations, including the one in Florence.

The programs will begin Sept. 3 and end Sept. 24.

Customers are asked to make a $2 donation. Customers also can bring in a pair of gently worn shoes to any participating Shoe Carnival store and receive a $5 coupon. All the footwear collected during the event will go to Soles4Souls.
